Doesnt create audio file

    Plugin doesnt appear to be creating audios

    1. Plugin installed and configures OK. Amazon API credentials are OK

    2. Plugin appears to work and a bucket is created in my S3 account.

    3. Player is installed onto the post, but it shows 0.00 time and is greyed out.

    4. No file written to the S3 bucket,

    5. I’ve tried downgrading to an earlier version of WordPress but still doesn’t work.

    Any ideas folks???

    I am facing similar type of issue, I am not able to generate the audio file in S3 bucket but the same plugin with same configuration is working on my local server.

    Hello,
    This kind of problems always, always are connected with the lack necessary permissions on the wordpress server. In short wordpress software doesn’t have access to save files on the server itself (which are only then copied to S3). I would recommend to enable logging/debugging on wordpress – then you should be able to find logs with information about this.
