Doesn’t Display Affiliate Control Panel

I installed the plugin Affiliate Manager and purchased the single plan. I have tested the affiliate login and register, however, after I registered myself as an affiliate and has been approved, when log in to the affiliate account, it doesn’t display the affiliate control panel, only display the affiliate home. Please have a look:

If you want, you can try to register an affiliate on my page for testing, I will put approved automatically. Then when you log into the account, you cannot find the Affiliate Control Panel! It a trouble!
