after I had installed the plugin, I’ve been having trouble getting the gallery to display. The page will appear to be blank until you move the cursor over and only one picture appears at a time. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the lightbox or not.

I’m seeing the following javascript error on the front-end of your site which could be causing the issue:

shapely-scripts.js?ver=20160115:139 Uncaught TypeError: $(...).flexslider is not a function

The error is originating from the http://santanacosplay.com/wp-content/themes/shapely/js/shapely-scripts.js?ver=20160115 file from your active theme. Will you resolve this error and check that the gallery then loads as expected?

I can’t speak as to the specific issue causing the error. If you’re unsure how to resolve the specific error you’ll want to contact the theme author to correct this.
