Could you navigate to the “Basic” area of the “Options” tab and see what field are enabled for “Order Information Displayed?”, you could enable the ones that you want to see on the front-end.
Also, if you navigate to the “Orders” tab, select your order, do you see any statuses in the “Order Status History”?

The status history shown in the “Orders” tab would be shown in the tracking page as well. So, if there isn’t any status history in the orders history sub-section you won’t find any on the front-end, could you try updating the order status and see if the status shows up in the tracking results now?
Sorry but I’m not sure what you’re talking about. What is the tracking page? Update the order status to what?

Could you please share a link to the page that has the [tracking-form] shortcode? Also, share a test order number, and screenshot of that order by navigating to the “Orders” tab and selecting that order. Make sure you also include the “Order Status History” from the order edit page in the screenshot.
