Hello hungpham,
Thank you for contacting Woo support.
Could you please confirm if you have tried all the troubleshooting steps outlined in our documentation?
Additionally, could you enable debug logging by navigating to Marketing > Facebook, and then scrolling to the bottom to the Debug section to enable debug mode? Once done, please share the latest Facebook logs by going to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
To help me better understand your site setup, could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report? This information will allow me to further investigate the issue.
Looking forward to your response!
Best regards.
Thanks for answering. The troubleshooting steps… no problem with any of that.
Anyway, there is no more error in the last few days. I am not sure if it’s a temporary issue on Facebook’s side, or something else. Will keep checking in the next few more days. Hopefully there is no more error like that.
Hello @hungpham,
Thank you for the update!
We’re glad to hear that the issue has resolved itself, for now. It may have been a temporary issue on Facebook’s side or a transient glitch that resolved itself.
Please keep monitoring the situation, and if the issue recurs, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll be here to help you investigate and find a solution.
Have a wonderful day!
