Hello. I downloaded the plugin, installed it, go to the settings. The control panel opens. I try to click on one of the tabs (http://prntscr.com/103nf7v) and I get an error: Sorry, you are not allowed to view this page.

Tell me what needs to be done?

    Hi @evgeny99

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

Do you have any other plugins that may adjust user roles? When trying to view these settings pages are you trying to access these as an administrator?

A test you can try is to deactivate (do not delete) and reactivate Paid Memberships Pro.

    1. Yes there is, I tried to disable it, but still could not enter the plugin settings Paid Memberships Pro.
    2. Yes, exactly as an administrator. I tried to log in with several administrator accounts, but it still didn’t work.
    3. I tried to deactivate it and activate it back, but also unsuccessfully

Thanks for the feedback, I haven’t been able to replicate this issue.

Do you have any other plugins installed that may interfere with this? Is your site a multisite?

Any steps to recreating this on my end will help me troubleshoot this issue.

    1. How can I find out which plugins are interfering with it? Yes, I still have plugins installed on the site. You can write what plugins, for example, can interfere with it working.
    2. No, my site is not multisite

Thanks for the feedback, I haven’t been able to replicate this. Could you try using a role editor plugin and ensure that your admin account has all the correct ‘pmpro_’ (prefixed) roles?
