Doesn’t import ICS file

I’m trying to find out why timely won’t import this ICS file? It seems to import a google calendar ics file but not this one: https://solutions.acstechnologies.com/crm/events/1883/main-calendar.ics . After trying to import, it finishes and just says ‘imported 0 events’.

Can you tell me how to fix this? Thanks!
