Doesn’t include logging

    Got an issue where some emails are failing to send. We have no idea why and we would need to pay $50 a year to find out. Will look for a cheaper alternative.

    Hi @joec002,

    Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we apologize for any confusion with this!

    Although the lite version of WP Mail SMTP does not include the email logging feature, errors will typically appear in the WP Mail SMTP Settings area and you can see suggestions and a detailed error log after sending a test email via:

    WP Mail SMTP > Settings> Test Emails > Send a test email > View Full Error Log

    The information provided in that log is generally enough to solve or shed some light on what exactly is causing your emails to fail.
