Doesn’t list private pages

    If a page has its visibility set to private, this plugin won’t see it. You have to use site-wide settings for code in private page headers/footers.

    Otherwise it works fantastically.

    EDIT: Given the reply by owner, looks like this isn’t a bug, so I’m raising the rating appropriately. 🙂
