Doesn’t Load

    I got the plugin installed, but cannot get it to work.

    When I go to upload a file, it just spins and never completes. We originally had a file size issue, but we resolved that. Now, the file will just not load.

    Any help is desired. I have spent a lot of money on obtaining licenses for Captivate 9, and also on themes and plugins in wordpress. I really don’t want to have to change systems.

    Mine spins and never appears to complete as well, but after a minute or two when I check the Content Library, my Captivate projects are there. Do you see a progress percentage at the bottom of the screen when it’s attempting to upload?
