Thanks for using WP Chat App, I think the behaviour you described only occurs on Desktop, Mobile would redirect to the App, right?
Please note this is a normal way it functions right now based on the current WhatsApp API, when they release an API that allows to open the WhatsApp Desktop App directly, then we will implement it for sure.

No in the plugin screenshots there has one chatbox open screenshot. is there any option to implement like this?
