Doesn’t replace image url

Hi,

I’m using this plugin for quite some time and I’m very satisfied with it.

However, I have now a case where for some reason I can’t change an image url.

There is an image embedded from another website which shows up on hundreds of my pages and I would like to change it’s url to an url of an image which is in my image gallery.

For some reason nothing changes when I use the plugin. Any ideas what I’m missing?
