Doesn’t send messages

Hi, I use the CF7 plugin to allow users to send me a feedback form by email. But unfortunately nothing works, nothing comes to the mail. In search of a solution to this problem, I found a solution, set up an smtp server for my mail, I did this using the Easy WP SMTP plugin, configured it, tested it and the messages arrived in the mail, but when I went to the site and tried to send the form from there, it failed still doesn’t work. I wrote to hosting support and email, but they said that I had configured everything correctly and that they didn’t understand what was going on and asked me to contact plugin support. Please help me figure this out
