doesn't show ads

I create an ad campaign and upload an image, but the widget only displays
<img src=”283162922.jpg”> where the campaign is to be displayed. The actual ad is stored at:

http://americanpostcardcollector.com/wp-content/uploads/ac_uploads/283162922200×200.jpg

For now, i’ve inputted the URL without using ad changer, but that won’t work after we launch!
