    Hi, can you carry out a test. Disable all your other plugins except this one. Then check to see if the slideshow appears. If it does then you know you have a plugin conflict. If it doesn’t then it could be your theme. If it is your theme can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen?

    theme devs found the problem and put an update out. It works again.
