Doesn't show up on posts

Hi guys! I just installed the plug-in.

Then everything broke. It said i had some error on “yet-another-stars-rating.php” on row 240. So i commented those out:

// $wpdb->query(“ALTER TABLE ” . YASR_MULTI_SET_FIELDS_TABLE . ” CHANGE field_name field_name VARCHAR( 40 )

Then my site – http://www.coinstaker.com – worked again! Hurray!

Now i try to make an example page: https://www.coinstaker.com/testreviewpost/ but it still doesn’t work or show anything at all.
