Not getting an error, it simply says there are no spam comments, but I’ve got > 4,000. WordPress 4.4, latest version of the plugin.

As a plugin author, it’s ok to ask them to contact you off-site via an email address or contact form, but please don’t directly ask for logic/FTP/MySQL details here. We just can’t allow that for liability reasons.

i have the same problem. It does not work as it is supposed to be. It does not identify spam, or delete it. i have to go and delete it as usual.
i even tried to delete now, it did not work.
delete every hour, it does not work.
My WP is uptodate.

Can I get some environment where I can test.
Doesn’t work for me either. Clicking ‘Delete Spam Now’ does nothing. Uninstalling and looking for another anti-spam solution.
Is it possible to share your server details so I can debug.
I must say there are 1-2 % people who mention that this plugin not working for them. But I never able to reproduce this.
