Hi team.
I’ve installated the plugin.
i’ve found the ID FB to create the app in the facedevelopers.
i’ve activeted the pluing, saved it with the new info.
But doesnt work.

with your info i’ve saw your facebook Page.
P.S. i dont see my preview in the plugin page.

It seems it’s a facebook page permission issue because when your facebook page asks to log in and we can not see the content of the page.

But in other Facebook page’s, they also ask to login, but we can see the content of the page, for example, visit this LINK. And also open your page link without logged-in on Facebook. You will understand.

So please check your page permission, is it publicly visible or not? Maybe the page permission has changed.

hi ffssere,

Thank you for sharing your FB app id with us. We checked your page again but it’s not working.
Please check permission on FB page that is it PUBLIC or not. An easy way to determine whether your page is set to public is to make sure you’re signed out of your Facebook account and then try to visit your page. If Facebook forces you to sign in to view your page then it has a restriction on it.

Please check it and notify us.
