    Hi mnr,

    We are sorry to see your negative review, but unfortunately it is not our fault if you didn’t receive any feedback. Our Floating widget has 25% conversion rate, so if you have 100 unique visitors you’ll receive an average of 25 feedback/reaction, instead the inline widget has a 5% conversion rate. These rate are really high, other feedback tools have much lower conversion rates.

    We believe, in order to give a fair feedback, you have to use our widget for more time in order to understand all the benefits of Emojics.
