    Hi, added an image as per the manual, but somehow doesn’t work, I see other folks managed to make it work, could you please check?

    Hi there, it looks like you have a plugin called jquery-updater activated on your site, and it seems to be causing a JavaScript error on the page. Could you deactivate the jquery-updater plugin temporarily to see if that fixes the issue? Loading different versions of jQuery (different than WP core) can cause issues with lots of plugins. If you need to include a different jQuery version, there is a recommended way to accomplish this outlined here by the hosting company WPEngine: https://wpengine.com/support/including-a-different-jquery-version-in-wordpress/
