    When I go to print the invoice or packing slip I get redirected to a page with a critical error:

    There has been a critical error on your website.

    Learn more about debugging in WordPress.

    There isn’t anything in the error log about what could be causing it. Could you email me and I could send you a login to check it out?

    Hello @curlyhost

    Seeing the error i see a problem inside your theme file: /themes/curlyhost/woocommerce/single-product-custom-tape.php on line 4, but i doubt that’s the problem here.

    On your logs, on the right side you have a drop-down selection, look for logs beginning with wpo-wcpdf-.

    Can I get you a login to check it out? What is your email? I’m not seeing logs specific to that. It stopped loading after trying to update the settings. It was working and then I replaced the logo and then it stopped working.

    Okay – I disabled some non-essential plugins and it appears to be working now. I think it had to do with conflicting AJAX.

    I don’t know where these come from, but it seems to be a conflict between your theme and WooCommerce Admin. I’m not sure if these are at all related to the issue you had with PDF Invoices, but I do think that the fact that debug output is enabled on your site may be what’s interfering here (and not the AJAX load more plugin per se. PHP errors can break output in multiple places and while errors like the above and the one you reported earlier should preferably be avoided/fixed, it’s also good to test whether things work correctly with debug disabled (even more so on a live site)

    If I understand correctly though, disabling the AJAX Load More plugin fixed the issue, so I’m marking this topic as resolved. Let us know if you need anything else from us. Please also close the admin account that you created for us.
