    I have tried to run the plugin today on my website – the “Replace in Database option”. When I try to do the dry run I get this error message:

    <p>There has been a critical error on your website.</p><p>Learn more about debugging in WordPress.</p>(error)

    How would I go about resolving this?

    At first we are really sorry to hear you are having issues. Please update to the latest version 1.1.6 and make sure your server PHP version is 7.0+ & other plugin is not conflicting with jQuery / JavaScript. After that, if you still face problems please get a pro license and write to our support directly at [email protected]. One of our engineers will take a look at your issues specifically.
