    I tried different browsers but unfortunately it doesn’t work. Devices are being registered. I am sending test notification. It writes successfully, but the notification does not come. I tried different browsers, still the same.

    Hi,
    Thank you for reaching out to us. There are few things you need to check to get notification. First, make sure the browser is open. Then check your operating system permission(Windows or anything you want) . Restart / reset browser.

    All settings are correct. The test message is also coming. But when a new order arrives, I never get a notification.

    All test messages. But when the product is purchased, no message is sent to firebase. Can you login and check my site?

    Hi @sarp159,
    Sorry for the late reply. To make the plugin work, There should be certain criteria.
    Make sure your website has SSL enabled. You should keep open the browser which you have registered with the plugin. If you use Windows make sure you have enabled the push notification permission of the browser which you have registered with the plugin.
