    Appears I have wasted a lot of time with this plugin. Doesn’t work. I have no clue why and I cannot contact support it looks like without paying. Not sure why I would pay when it isn’t working? I went through all the steps and it generated an XML file with all the products in it. But when I upload that file to Google Merchant, no products display. Nothing.

  • Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    You mentioned you have successfully created a product feed with products in it and uploaded it to your Google Merchant Center but no products are displaying.

    Can you share some more information about this? Where are your products not displaying? Are you not seeing them in your Google Merchant Center itself or are you not seeing them in Google Shopping (ads)?

    Also, is Google’s Merchant Center giving you warnings/notifications in the diagnostics part of the Merchant Center? If so, can you share those with us?

    Lastly, please share your product feed with us so we can check if it looks ok.

    No products display once the xml is uploaded. No warnings or errors either. I uninstalled this and am tried a different one. The xml file that the other plugin generated when I uploaded it displayed the products in google merchant. But had errors. lol. Can’t win it seems. May end up doing this manually.

    Don’t give up that easily 🙂 Let’s see if we can make this work for you.

    Can you share the following with us:

    1. The product feed URL you created with our plugin;
    2. The plugin debug.log URL? It will help us understand how you configured your feed. This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved or our support is no longer required we will close this topic for housekeeping reasons.
