Hi @theguitarlesson,
Sorry to hear you had trouble getting that working. It could just be the loading method used or perhaps something due to the way you have the rules configured. We’d love to get that sorted though.
If you’ll simply create a new post here:
http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/wordpress-popup
We’ll gladly take a look at getting it sorted with you. 🙂
Cheers!
Thanks for getting back to me, but I installed another plugin already, which worked as expected.
I don’t know what the problem could have been, maybe incompatibility with another plugin, I’m not sure if I turned those off or not.
Regardless, there are so many WP plugins for the same task, if one doesn’t work right away, I’m sure people will just delete it and try another one. We’ve come to expect plugins to just work, without having to ask for support or anything similarly time consuming.
Hey there @theguitarlesson,
Ah, thanks for clarifying that and I’m glad you were able to find a viable solution. We do guarantee the plugin works, but we’ve also implemented measures for themes that don’t follow theme guidelines or utilize code in ways that might work “out of the box” with other code solutions.
We totally understand your concerns, but given the vastness of WordPress, the varying ways code can be handled, it’s inevitable that conflicts will occur. Thus we’re here to assist wherever that occurs. 🙂
Cheers!
