Doesn’t work

After create page, carousel doesn’t show. In JS console i see error:

TypeError: jQuery('#wordpress-carousel-free-0').owlCarousel is not a function. (In 'jQuery('#wordpress-carousel-free-0').owlCarousel({
			navigation: true,
			autoPlay: true,
			navigationText: ['','']
