Hello! I wanted to create special shipping rates for logged in users. It worked fine two weeks ago, when I installed and set-up the plugin, but now all users get the special rates, that should apply only to logged in users. Thanks for your quick help!

    These are the settings: https://ibb.co/QShVSrR

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi! Based on the settings i believe it will use the default price for logged out users. I recommend settings the default price to -1, so its hidden by default and then you just only need the first additional price with the above 50eur limit set: https://ibb.co/tT9ZyLBV

That’s what I thought, but it doesn’t use the default price for logged out users. I used the price for logged in users… I had put the rates for logged in users first, so that the system would first check, if a user is logged in and if not, proceed to the default price.

I’ve tried these settings (from your image) for the logged in users now, but it interferes with the default price. When I add this, it is also used for the users that are not logged in.

I can’t seem to replicate the issue on a test site. For me with the settings on the image the shipping method only comes up if the cart total is above 50 EUR, billing country is Austria and i’m logged in. If one of the conditions doesn’t match, the shipping option is not visible at all. So it must be some unique compatibility issue i believe. You can e-mail me an admin access to [email protected] and i’ll take a look at your settings and environment. Thanks!

    Hello Péter,

I managed to solve it on my own. How can I change the text “free” to “gratis” oder “0,00 €”?
