Please allow me to explain a bit how the plugin works. It was designed to display the author information on posts, categories, tags, etc. I was unable to find a post on your website, and the plugin does not work on pages – it was not designed for this, unfortunately.
You tried adding the shortcode on your blog page, and the plugin did not have an author information to display/did not know which author information to display – hence it does not work.

I’m sorry for the late reply!
Are you using CF7? You should set it up from your dashboard > Contact > edit your contact form > Click the ‘Mail’ tab > and add your email there.
If you have it set up correctly and it still does not work, then I recommend to contact CF7’s support team as they would know better how to offer proper help.

I just tried CF7 however the problem seems to be the same …
