PS: also would be very nice to see the translation for “Search your address…”

The correct would be:

Endereço: Rua Augusta
Número: 100
Cidade: São Paulo
Estado: São Paulo (already ok)
CEP: already ok

And it doesn’t make too much sense having another field (search address field). Normally the autocomplete/suggestions are displayed when filling up the first input.
