Thank you so much for using FileBird, we checked this case and confirmed no issues with Elemtor page builder, all functions are working normally including the Elementor’s “insert media” option:

So, I guess you might have a conflict somewhere, but I will be glad to take a look at it for you if you could please provide us with more information (screencast or screenshots) regarding the issue.

The plugin shows the correct number of images in each folder, but selecting any folder displays a message that there are no images.

Could you please deactivate all other plugins and then leave only Elementor and FileBird active, check again if the issue persists?
