Doesnt work in the back-end

Hello,

we have the problem that no map can be created in the back-end. We tried to deactivate all other maps related plug-ins but it still doesnt work. When we click on “create map” / “New map” (we use the german translation) no short-code is displayed, no number. Just: [wpgmza id=””] and on the right side, next to the markers settings no map is displayed.

Can you help us?
