As noted in our other reply, support happens at our site woocredits.com. Not sure why I’m not receiving email notifications from WP forum. I’ll check into it and see if I can resolve. In response to your disgruntled comments:
1) plugin isn’t junk
2) support is very active at our official forum
3) plugin is most definitely NOT abandoned
