I am sorry, I think there is no bug. If the form submission is using ajax, you don’t need a specific pattern, but instead the respective ajax action is saved and thus the spam check should have your Elementor forms in scope. If I remember correctly, Elementor is using ajax calls. If the problem still exists, we can have a short call (just write me a mail on my website). As I don’t have Elementor, I can’t rebuild the problem easily.

I’ve just checked it out thanks to another user. There are no checkboxes, as Elementor is using an ajax action. Therefore this is unique. You can just click on the button add to spam check.
Another way is to add the action elementor_pro_forms_send_form to the “Apply on actions” setting of the plugin’s administration page.
