I’m confused how to use the Facebook Debugger. It does not accept my Inpurt URL (sammy-riggs.com) and I don’t know how to get my Access Token or Open Graph Action ID.

your input url is fine. only thing wrong on the home page is the image isn’t pulling right – it’s pulling an attachment ID instead of the image… which is weird. But I’m assuming your theme is doing something odd. I also notice you’re not using permalinks. While that shouldn’t cause problems it MAY be part of the issue there.
Debugger just scans your URL and tells you what Facebook’s scrapper pulls. For your home page you’d just input:
sammy-riggs.com
and for a single post page you’d put in (example post of yours) like this:
sammy-riggs.com/?p=1643
Also make sure you only have 1087500096 in the admins field in settings and nothing in the appID field. and clear your cache if you’re using any.
and re: your default image.. I see that’s what you’ve put in (i think) is this image.

Make sure you’re using that URL in the fallback image field.
