Doesn't work on latest post

it works great for all post other than for the last post, which always appears as the top post. If that is want you want, then it works perfectly, but if you want to be able to arrange all posts, then it doesn’t work for that purpose.

For example, with three post, you can only arrange post 1 and 2. Post 3 is going to be the first post to appear. If you add a 4th post, then you can arrange post 1,2, and 3. Post 4 will be the first post. Now add a 5th post. you can arrange post 1,2,3, and 4, but post 5 is going to be the first post.

It would be nice to have the option of allowing the last post to always be first, or instead, allowing all post to be arranged – in other words, allowing you to create and order several permanent stickies.
