Doesn’t work on live server

    Hello Rosell,

    Amazing plugin. Been using for a while.

    But I have been recently facing issues with this new website: https://www.webhugo.com (I’m using WP Rocket caching plugin + Cloudflare)

    Could you suggest what am I doing wrong here?

    Please note:
    When I see the WebP Express folder inside my wp-content folder, I do see some files. However, not all are being converted. I can’t bulk convert as there are lots of images that I’m not using on front-end of the website.

    Hi Vinay,

    Nice images 🙂

    Cloudflare needs special configuration in order to work in “Varied image responses”, and you need an “Enterprise” account to be able to do that. Without that special configuration, the jpeg and webp caches are being conflated on Cloudflare and this is bad, because Cloudflare will send webp images to browsers that does not support WebP. The long story is in the FAQ (In the “I am on Cloudflare” section).

    However, I suggest that you simply switch to “CDN friendly” mode.

    Regarding bulk conversion, it will be possible in 0.15 to bulk convert single folders (I expect to release 0.15 mid August)

    Alright! I will see the FAQ page to know more and will try CDN friendly mode.

    Glad you liked the images. I am planning to market my services using this website. I’m a web and graphics designer myself. 🙂
