Doesn’t work on multidomain

Hi,
we have Metaslider Pro and Metaslider Lightbox, but the Lightbox doesn’t work on other multilingual domains managed with WPML.
I’d like to point out that it used to work, but something must have changed in the latest versions…
I’ve also tried rolling back with various versions of both Metaslider Pro and Metaslider Lightbox, to no avail.
Can you help me?
