Doesn´t work on multisite

Hi we have a multisite online store with three different domains, we installed the plugin by activating it on the network and then configuring it on each of the sites, the main site collects data but the other two do not, do we have to proceed otherwise?

The URL you share is not working, please check and update us we want to check whether the cart abandonment code loading and available on the checkout page to know more about this scenario.

Hello @entredoscom ,

Thanks for writing back.

I have checked and I can see that the Plugin’s Ajax call to collect the data is working on both sites.

It seems to be the issue with the CRON job that marks the orders as abandoned.
