Doesn´t work on WP4.1

    On WordPress v4.1 plugin doesn´t work as expected.
    Most of internal urls remains untouched (absolute), few of external urls (eg.: pointing to external libraries, like jquery etc.) are shortened – converted to relatives 🙁

    Tested on freshly installed 4.1
