Doesn't work, pop up empty

Installed it now, but when I press on the button MealPlannerPro Recipe a blank popup appeares.

I’m not sure where you’re seeing this. Are you trying to create a recipe? Maybe you haven’t yet converted your previous recipes to our plugin format?
Please provide more details.

Commodore1. I did not had previous recipe, it’s a new blog.
2. I created a new post and pressed on your button and a popup appeares and nothing appears.It’s exactly how you showed in the description:
“To use the plugin, click the little Meal Planner Pro Recipe icon on the “Edit Post” pages, right next to the other editor toolbar buttons at the top of the text editor box”.
I don’t understand what you don’t understand. Are there any other “MealPlannerPro Recipe” buttons because I see only 1 ?
Anyways..I switched to another recipe plugin.
Sorry to hear this. All you needed to do is click the Meal Planner Pro icon to launch the recipe placeholder then enter your recipe info. Then click the “Update” button to finish saving it.
You’ll find our plugin to be far better than any of the other ones for many reasons. Including it’s fully compliant with Google’s Recipe View requirements.

I already told you that I pressed on that button and nothing launched, just a empty placeholder with no place to enter any recipe info. How can this be better than other plugins since this one does not even work ?

Yes I am going to use another plugin but this doesn’t mean that you resolved the problem I had with your plugin. I tested on 2 different browsers and on 2 different blogs and I get the same issue.
The only thing I could do is to convert my easy recipes into the meal planner pro recipe and it worked, I was able to see the meal planner pro recipe on my posts. But I couldn’t add any.
I don’t know what to tell you.It sounds like you’re going to use another plugin. Do you wish us to help resolve the issue you’re having?

2. Yes I am going to use another plugin, but since I have 2 websites I can help you fix this issue, I will instal this plugin on one of the websites again and do what ever you say. But I am not gona give you admin access in any case.

We’ve released a new plugin version that may fix the issue you were having. i.e. – your server may be using an old version of PHP so have added compatibility with older versions etc. Please give it a try to see if it corrects the issue.
