Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
In regards to your query here, I’m afraid this is an issue being brought forth by a third-party premium plugin. Since support for commercial products is not permitted here and that the issue caused by a third-party plugin, I would recommend that you consult the Wp rocket plugins’ support team about this issue as they are in a better position to point out what could be the cause of this.
Sorry that I was not of much help here.
Kind Regards,
John

Hi,
This is totally understood. Does this plugin use PHP or Js/Ajax to show/hide content?
Many thanks

Hi there,
Thanks for keeping in touch with us.
In this case, conditions are mainly what are used in determining visibility of content. These conditions are set and added using PHP, hence PHP is what is mainly used to determine what to show or hide.
I hope this information helps.
Kind Regards,
John

Hi,
I check wp rocket’s document, and it says PHP content will be cached, I think this is why it doesn’t work. Js or Ajax will work with wp rocket.
good day,
