Doesn’t Work, Useless Support

    This used to be a useful product. Recently it won’t work on mobile, locks up, won’t scroll and is just generally horrendous to use.

    Contacting support isn’t helpful either, they keep sending me the free (not premium) version that doesn’t work and telling me to clear the broswer cache, blaming it on other caching plugins. Even when they are all removed, uninstalled and it’s the wrong plugin. I’d guess support is outsorced to someone somewhere that has never even seen the plugin. Wouldn’t use it. It’s cost me a lot in refunded customers already.

    Hi Caan,

    I’m sorry that you are still struggling with the plugin but let’s make things clear: I never sent you the free version of the plugin but in fact went out of my way to make sure you had a paid copy of the plugin. I am still continuing to try to get this issue resolved for you. I have sent you yet another email with the link to the paid version of the plugin for you to download and I will be happy to continue to help you via the emails as the Review forum and ww.wp.xz.cn plugin support forums are not the appropriate places for the paid customer support.
