Doesn't work with 3.1.3

    Everything was working fine, but after updating to WordPress 3.1.3 today, all lightbox links stopped working. They simply open like regular links. FYI, using Google Chrome.

    Since updating to 3.1 and now 3.1.3 a lot of the functionality has been lost. Comments cannot be accessed, the header and other formatting tags do not work, the site freezes when you try to add a link. What’s the point of a blogging platform if you can’t leave a comment? I’m extremely disappointed that my previously popular and slick site is now below standard due to the upgrade.

    I just installed this WP 3.1.3 about a week ago. I spent a lot of time learning how to customize my theme. I am all excited but guess what I discovered…my comments don’t work…AT ALL! I don’t even get the input fields for commenting to show up!
