    Thank you for your feedback.

    For about the you want to hide the checkbox item(sticky), it is can not the hide from plugin.
    Because I think it is not metabox, it is content of metabox.

    WP Admin UI Customize is can be hide the “metabox”.
    I think your said is “one item(sticky) of content of metabox”.

    If you want to hide, I think how to hide is CSS or change the code that it created the metabox.
