Doesnt work with directory plugin..

Hi, ive installed the plugin for my website with WP 4.1.1 and directory plugin installed.. the categories in the site are getting displayed as http://site.com/listings-category/model-agency-2/
which i want as http://site.com/model-agency-2/ and hence i installed the plugin as per suggestions from various articles across the net. but this doesnt seem to make any change for me..(i have it installed now and you can see the result)..
Anything else i need to do here????
