Using free Elementor version 3.12.1 as of 4/19/23 along with Astra Theme.

We tested on our end, both title & page title are working fine with Elementor 3.12.1 version.

please send us screenshot how you are adding title from editor.
The WPDKI plugin will update Dynamic title only.

for top meta title please let us know are you using any SEO plugin? if so please tell us the name of plugin.
