Doesn’t work with Elementor template loops

Hi,
it doesn’t work in any way with Elementor theme loops. The additional fields are seen during creation and saving, but if you try to show the preview they disappear. I requested assistance privately via helpdesk being a customer of tutor lms pro, but the answer was: “Deactivate Elementor”, are we serious? Do you have any opinions regarding my problem? I have already tested with all the plugins and modules deactivated, the problem remains, so it is related to this module.
