Hi,
If there are no options in the drop down then the option on the settings page is probably empty, or not set correctly. What is the value of the ‘List of dropdown options’ set to?
Do you have a URL where I can have a look?
Do note: I’d be happy to have a look, but I cannot guarantee / support every theme. I just checked the Flatsome theme and already saw they have a custom option for products per page, which could mean they’re overwriting this plugins settings (unsure yet, I’ll give it a try when I have a url)

One thing I was wondering, and I’m not sure if you remember, but did the said option have a default value for you?
(it should have a list of default values, but if it doesn’t I should look into that. The default value is based on the existing # of products per page, and then it sets it to:
– 1 * {existing products per page}
– 2 * {existing products per page}
– 3 * {existing products per page}
– All

Nope no default values. I still don’t think it’s working quite right actually, and have since disabled it.

Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to help you set this up working for you. I know some themes override the products per page option, and unfortunately I can’t support all themes, but in 99.9% of the cases the plugin works without a hitch.
