The change in version 1.1.3:
“Don’t apply coupon if the discount is 0.00”
breaks automatic handling of coupons giving free shipping, because there is no discount to add.
Any suggestions?

Oops, your right, I overlooked that one. Should be fixed now in 1.1.3.1
