Doesn’t work with High Performance Order Storage

    When your site uses High Performance Order Storage, the options added to the Checkout are not saved to the appropriate table, and thus are lost.

    I’ve switched back to Legacy order storage and reported to the developer. Hopefully, they fix this soon, as the plugin is otherwise wonderful!
